Buenos dias Nathalie, ayer llegue de mis vacaciones, y no puedo dejar pasar un dia sin agradecer a todo Dressel Divers, por todo el buen trabajo que hacen, desde el momento en que me puse en contacto contigo para reservar mi "gorilla pack", hasta que sali a la superficie en mi ultimo buceo. Fue todo excelente, todo muy bien organizado, las dos excursiones, cenotes y Cozumel, a la que tambien se sumaron mi esposa y mi hija de 4 años, y disfrutaron tanto como yo. Gracias a las coincidencias que nos da la vida, tuve la suerte de encontrarme con Cristian Maffione, quien fue el año pasado , uno de mis intructores en Dominicana cuando certifique OWD y pude tambien expresarle mi agrado de bucear con Dressel. Excelente equipo de trabajo el de iberostar Tucan / Quetzal, Danilo, Lily, Vicky, Dennis, Tobias, Julian, etc, etc, etc.......Todos!!!!! son excelentes profesionales GRACIAS!!!!!!!! Estimados Dressel Divers Club International: Tuve el agrado de haber tomado el curso de Open Waters Diver con sus instructores en el Hotel Iberostar Quetzal de Playa del Cármen, México durante el mes de Abril de 2012 y tengo que felicitarlos por la profesionalidad, seguridad, excelente trato, predisposición y buena onda de sus Instructores Danilo, Lara, Lilly, Dennis y Víctor quienes no solamente me han enseñado a bucear y a conocer las bellezas subacuáticas de Playa del Cármen, sino que con su alegría y buen humor me han hecho pasar unas excelentes vacaciones! Dear Javier, My name is Joannes MATHIEU. I used to work for your compagny in Dominican Republic during 10 months. I was also also excursion guide during 4 last months. It was a pleasure to work for Dressel Divers; I tried to give my best everyday and the 4 months of excursion guide were amazing, I learn a lot about selling, teaching, customer service,... Dressel is not only a dive compagny: It's a school for every instructor! That's the reason why I go back studying (management, buisness, marketting,...). Thank you at all of Dressel Divers team in Punta Cana and Bayahibe! You have great people there; Paul and Fred organize and manage everything perfectly; Christian Maffione is always here for teaching and helping us; The bases leader Santiago, Romain, The dive Boss Baptiste and Alberto are very professional and they are exemples for all the Dive instructor and PR; Very good captains (Raul, Daniel, Narcisso, Willy, Matute, Victor), very good marineros also (Alex, limbert, Miguel), the best snorkling guide ever (Enrique), the equiperos and very good vidéophotographer (Gabriel and Lila) always helping, nice with the customers, put animation, friendly, intelligent,... Javier, our family spent last week at Barcelo resort in Riviera Maya. This is the 5th time we have been to this resort. Three years ago my son and I got certified for scuba and finalized the open water certification last week. One of the main reasons we continue to return is the friendly and professional staff at the dive center there. The Dressel staff takes the time to explain things thoroughly and exhibit the professionalism and warmth you would be proud of. In particular, Nathalie and Sergio have been GREAT! We are now treated as friends and never feel like customers. We plan to return next Easter and are in hopes these folks will be there still.....but if not, I'm sure whoever is staffing the center will treat us with the same helpful and friendly manner as Nathalie and Sergio. We just got back from another great diving trip with Dressel at the Iberostar in Cozumel. All of the staff was fantastic, but I would like to highlight a few in particular. Sophie is a phenomenal dive instructor and master. She has taken our whole family from the first dive last year where my then 13 year old daughter didn't want to let go of Sophie's hand the whole dive to where she now knows almost every fish down there and loves diving so much that she thinks she might want to be an instructor some day. Sophie always seems to know just the right thing to say and have the right touch to make every dive special. Having dealt with a many, many ski instructors (similar situation to diving) over the years, Sophie is among the very best. Kate was superb at guiding us through all the paperwork and payment process. She always brought a smile to my face and made me feel like a special client. She handled every special request and situation we threw at her with aplomb. Diego was outstanding on our dive boat we we had him. He was always one step ahead of us in getting tanks switched, offering fruit and water, helping get geared up, and more. He knew each of our group by name and always had a smile for us all. Nathalie, el Lunes hemos vuelto de nuestras vacaciones en Bayahibe (por desgracia). Solo elogios y felicitaciones para el equipo que compone este centro de buceo, Santiago y Baptista muy profesionales, André un gran trabajo con la cámara y muy humilde frente a su larga experiencia en buceo, Willy (capitán de embarcación), muy seguro y certero en cada punto de buceo, las chicas siempre con una gran sonrisa, todos hacen sentirse muy cómodo y muy bien acogido. El lugar es INCREIBLE, tienen una flora y fauna privilegiadas y todos la cuidan mucho, realmente es un paraíso. Las instalaciones muy cómodas, sobre todo para los pasajeros del hotel. Tengo muchos buceos en el cuerpo, he tenido oportunidad de bucear en distintas partes y en muchos centros de buceo, trabajo hace años en buceo y te aseguro que da gusto ver la organización y operación de Bayahibe, además muy preocupados de captar clientes y de la educación continua PADI, de hecho casi me convencieron para hacer un DSD en la piscina y el Advance!!!!! Tal vez un poco más de variedad en la tienda, explotar las poleras turísticas, straps para las mascaras, adhesivos y recuerdos del lugar. Una vez más, mis felicitaciones por el tremendo equipo, lamentablemente el próximo año no podré conocer algún nuevo lugar, ya que definitivamente nuestros planes son volver. Just returned from Mexico and wanted to let you know that we thought the crew at the Barceló Maya dive shop were great. My Grandson got certified open water jr. his instructer Marc cowking was great with him. all guides were excellant with dive preps and local knowledge of wildlife. we can not wait to dive with them again. Hallo Marjon Onze vakantie in Mexico (30 maart – 11 april) zit er weer op. Ik wil jou bedanken voor alle verleende service. De informatie die ik van jou vooraf heb ontvangen was meer dan voldoende. Ook het contact met jou was zeer aangenaam. (wel jammer dat je niet mee kon naar Mexico hahaha). Ook Lara en haar hele staf wil ik bedanken. Zij hebben werkelijk echt alles gedaan om ons te plezieren. Geen verzoek was hen teveel. Ik verzoek jou onze complimenten aan Lara en haar staf over te brengen.
