Hi, My name is Marcello and I started participating in Dressel Divers as an intern, after 5 months, during which I learnt a lot about a scucesfull dive center operation, I took part in the PADI IDC course with Cris Maffione and I have to say that the preparation he gave us was really good. During the PADI IE (instructor evaluation) I had no problem and I could see the difference in preparation with the other candidates. After the PADI IDC I worked as an Instructor and then I became Dive Boss. Doing the internship and the course in Dressel Divers sometimes is hard but is absolutely a great chance to make experience in the diving world.
