Once the students are professionals, they will enjoy an internship to practice what they have learned. These paid internships will be in the different bases that Dressel Divers has in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. During that time, interns will face real situations with clients, lead dives and learn first-hand a dive center reality, thus increasing their number of dives and experience.
Due to the large influx of clients that a reputable operator like Dressel Divers has, aspiring interns will be able to meet the requirements to qualify for the Instructor Development Course (IDC) in record time. Thus, after this time, they will return to the training camp to carry out their IDC and obtain their Diving Instructor certification.
A period of intensive training will prepare the elite diving professionals. Dressel Divers is so convinced of the quality of its program that it will offer its graduates the virtually guaranteed possibility of working in the company with a full professional salary, not as interns.
The first generation of Dressel Divers-SDI Diving Instructors will begin their training on January 23, 2023. The registration phase is open. Those who wish can be part of the selection process. If you are one of them, send your CV to the HR department of Dressel Divers (jobs@dresseldivers.com ).
